WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

The comprehensive report will contain a full analysis of your results and benchmark your nine KPI scores against our Australian database (60,000+ financial advice clients). Every client comment is captured verbatim and included in your final analysis report. The CATScan is a valuable tool and can used for tracking your performance and client satisfaction levels over time.
A specific set of questions are focused around service and satisfaction levels across 9 KPIs, plus, we gather a range of qualitative data from your clients such as their willingness to refer their adviser and future intentions (do they intend to stay with your practice or leave?). It takes clients on average around 5-10 minutes to complete, while all feedback is sent directly to Business Health and remains strictly confidential. The average response rate is around 35%.
